Baking has always been one of my great passions, a world in which I felt very comfortable and at home even as a child.

During my business studies and in my professional life in foreign exchange trading, as well during my years as a dance fitness instructor, baking has always been a faithful companion to me. It not only gave me a balance to my everyday working life, but also helped me to develop my creativity. I found fulfilment in bringing joy to my family and friends and spoiling them time and time again with small and…not so small delicacies.

Once I had decided to turn my passion into a career, I attended various courses in Switzerland, in London (“The Fair Cake Premier London Cake School”) and also in Bucharest (“ICEP Hotel School”), to deepen and expand my skills and knowledge in the production of cakes and patisserie.

After I had found the right premises, I finally could open my own boutique bakery. Overjoyed and very grateful, because a wish had come true… 🙂
